注意事项
- 1.该细胞培养条件为：L-15+10%FBS+1%P/S，L15培养基不需要5%二氧化碳，使用37度培养箱100%空气培养即可，如果没有条件准备空气气相100%的培养箱的，可以采用不透气密封盖的T25培养瓶来培养，培养过程中每天将细胞拿出培养箱换1-2次空气；
- 2.细胞生长偏慢，注意控制细胞密度不要过低;
- 3.细胞培养时黑点可能会比较多，细胞内会有黑色小点、细胞间隙有些颗粒物、培养基漂浮一些死细胞，都是细胞培养常见现象，不影响细胞增殖和实验；
