  HCC4006 is an epithelial cell line that was isolated in 2004 from a pleural effusion of the lung of a White, adult male patient with adenocarcinoma.This lung adenocarcinoma has an acquired mutation in the EGFR tyrosine kinase domain (L747 - E749 deletion, A750P).
